When is check-in / check-out?

Check-in time is at 15:00 hrs on the day of your arrival and check-out is up to 11:00 hrs on the day of your departure.

Can I ask for an earlier check-in?

You may ask for an earlier check-in but this depends on the availability of your room. Room cleanliness is our priority and our housekeeping need ample time to make sure that your room is in tip-top condition before your arrival.

Can I ask for an later check-out?

If you wish for a later check-out time, please advise our staff beforehand and we’ll try to accommodate your request but this all depends on other arrivals on the day. A late check-out fee might apply.

Do you have a baggage room where we can store our luggage before check-in / after check-out?

No, but we can keep them for you at the premises till you get back.

Is it open for 24hrs?

No, we do not have a 24/7 manned reception. Usually our staff are available on site between 7-4pm, but if we happen to not be there you can contact us via WhatsApp.

When is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served daily from 08:00 am till 10:00 am on the second floor of the guesthouse. If it is not already included it costs €10/person/day.

What are the Roof Top Terrace hours?

Open At Any time at you own risk.

Are the rooms air-conditioned?

Each room is equipped an air-conditioning system for cooling and heating, Kindly make sure that the windows are fully shut and doors are closed. This ensures that the system works efficiently.

Is there a Wi-Fi connection in rooms?

Yes, Free WiFi is accessible anywhere within the accommodation and the password is provided in the room

What is the Apartments pet policy?

At Our Apartments we our passionate about animals, however at this time we are not accepting pets.

When is housekeeping service provided?

Housekeeping is provided between 9:00hrs – 15:00hrs, free of charge.

When is linen changed?

Linen is changed on request

What plug type is used inside the apartments?

As with the standard in Malta, we use plug type G, which is the plug that has three rectangular pins in a triangular pattern.

Will we have TV in our room?

Yes, you will. All rooms are equipped with an android TV with standard TV channels. The TV also allows you to login with your Netflix account for those nights when you’d rather Netflix and chill.

What other facilities are available in the room?

Each room has tea and coffee facilities, ensuite facilities, a desk and a mini fridge.

Can we smoke inside the rooms

All our rooms are strictly non-smoking.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you choose our ‘Free Cancellation’ option when submitting your reservation, you will be fully refunded if you cancel your stay up to 7 days before your scheduled arrival.

You will be paying for your nights’ stay and apartments amenities such as roof-top area
