When is check-in / check-out?
Our standard check in time is from 14:00 till midnight.
Check out is required by 10:30am.
Can I ask for an earlier check-in?
Early check-in is subject to availability, If your apartment is ready by 14:00, we will be happy to accommodate you. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance so we can better prepare for your stay.
Can I ask for a later check-out?
Late check-outs are not part of our standard policy, but exceptions can be made when availability allows. A late check-out fee might apply.
Do you have a baggage room where we can store our luggage before check-in / after check-out?
We do not have a dedicated baggage room, but when possible we can keep your luggage securely within the block both before check in and after check out.
Availability depends on daily operations, so please check with us in advance or upon arrival.

Is there a reception desk in the block
No, our block consists of self-catering apartments, and we do not have a reception desk. However, we provide detailed instructions and support to ensure a smooth check-in process. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, please feel free to contact us directly
Is it open for 24hrs?
No, we do not have a 24/7 manned reception, but if we happen to not be there you can contact us via WhatsApp.

What are the Roof Top Terrace hours?
Our rooftop terrace is open and accessible at any time, allowing you to enjoy the space and views whenever you wish.
Are the apartments air-conditioned?
Each apartment is equipped with an air-conditioning system for cooling and heating, Kindly make sure that the windows are fully shut and doors are closed. This ensures that the system works efficiently. Also it is important that air-conditioning system is switched off before leaving the apartment.
Is there a Wi-Fi connection in rooms?
Yes, Free WiFi is accessible anywhere within the accommodation and the password is provided in the room
What is the Apartments pet policy?
No at Our Apartments we do not accept pets.
When is housekeeping service provided?
We offer self catering accommodations, the apartments will be cleaned before arrival and after departure. For stays longer than 7 nights we offer a refresh free of charge.
Do you have wheelchair accessible apartments?
No, we do not have full wheelchair accessible facilities. Some areas may be difficult to access.
What plug type is used inside the apartments?
As with the standard in Malta, we use plug type G, which is the plug that has three rectangular pins in a triangular pattern.
Will we have TV in our apartment?
Yes, you will. All apartments are equipped with a 2 TV’s with standard TV channels, one of them being a Smart TV that also allows you to login with your Netflix account for those nights when you’d rather Netflix and chill.
What other facilities are available in the apartment?
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen which includes a Nespresso coffee machine, fridge etc. also a washing machine in the main bathroom is available.
Can we smoke inside the apartments ?
All our apartments are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted on the roof top terrace.

You are welcome to prepare breakfast in your apartment, as each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. Alternatively, you can enjoy breakfast at one of the many cafeterias located throughout the city, offering a variety of local and international options.

You can make a booking directly through our website.
What is your cancellation policy?
Travelers who cancel at prior 30 days before check-in date will get 100% back of the amount paid.
If travelers cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in date, they’ll get back 50%.
No refund will be given to cancellations notified in less than 14 days prior to arrival.
What am I paying for when I book through your website?
You will be paying for your nights’ stay and apartments amenities such as roof-top area
